Куриные крылья в медовом соусе
Ингредиенты
Для приготовления куриных крыльев в медовом соусе вам понадобятся следующие ингредиенты:
— Куриные крылья — 1 кг
— Чеснок — 4 зубчика
— Мед — 100 г
— Соевый соус — 2 ст. л.
— Лимонный сок — 2 ст. л.

1. Начните с маринования куриных крыльев. Для этого измельчите чеснок и смешайте его с медом, соевым соусом, лимонным соком, маслом, солью и перцем.
2. Выложите куриные крылья в глубокую емкость и залийте получившимся маринадом. Перемешайте, чтобы крылья равномерно пропитались соусом, и оставьте на несколько часов (желательно на ночь) в холодильнике.
3. После того как крылья настоялись, их нужно пожарить. Для этого разогрейте сковороду с маслом на среднем огне и обжаривайте крылья с обеих сторон до золотистой корочки.
4. После того как куриные крылья подрумянятся, добавьте оставшийся маринад и тушите под крышкой на медленном огне около 15-20 минут.
Подача
Подавайте куриные крылья в медовом соусе горячими, посыпанными свежими зеленью. В качестве гарнира можно подать отварной рис или овощной салат.
